I am a qualified Relate Counsellor, offering relationship counselling for couples, individuals and young people. I help clients with relationship problems, trust issues, stress, anxiety, depression, ill health, loss and low self worth.  To me, life is not so much about what happens to us, but what we do about it. I am optimistic about human nature and its ability to grow from the stings life gives us. I provide a safe non-judgmental space where people are free to embark on an inner journey... I studied in London and Buenos Aires - I am Anglo Argentinean and am therefore bilingual in Spanish and English. I now live in York, walking distance from the train station - a beautiful walk along the city walls and the river will get you to my private practice. I also offer webcam counselling for those who live yonder.
